We expressly exclude any liability for errors or inaccuracies contained herein. Your use of the information contained on this website is entirely at your own risk.

Payment

Unless credit arrangements have been established with Roscos prior to a group booking, private party or function, then payment of the account in full will be required at its conclusion. If an account is not settled then payment will be charged to the credit card details supplied at the time of booking. A 12.5% gratuity will be added to the account.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of a confirmed group booking, private function or party within 5 days of the booking date, or non-arrival of the group or party, then the full cost of the chosen menu (or a reasonable amount) will be charged against the credit card details supplied at the time of booking.
